Q: Is your jewellery real silver? Yes. Every piece of jewellery from CK & SONS is crafted from 100% 925 Hallmarked Sterling Silver. The "925" hallmark is your guarantee of purity, certifying that the metal is 92.5% pure silver.
Q: What is 925 Sterling Silver? Sterling silver is an alloy made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% other metals (usually copper), which gives it strength and durability. Pure silver is too soft for everyday jewellery, so 925 sterling silver is the international standard for high-quality silver jewellery.
Q: How do I take care of my silver jewellery? To prevent tarnish, store your silver in a cool, dry place, ideally in an airtight box or pouch. Avoid contact with harsh chemicals (like perfume, lotions, or chlorine). You can clean it gently with a soft polishing cloth.
Q: Will your silver turn my skin green? No. This is a common reaction to cheap fashion jewellery or nickel. Our jewellery is made from high-quality 925 sterling silver and will not turn your skin green.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much is shipping? We offer a flat shipping fee of ₹150 for all orders across India. We are happy to offer FREE shipping on all orders over ₹9,999.
Q: How long will it take to get my order?
A: We are proud to offer fast dispatch from our Ahmedabad store.

Q: Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)? Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) for most pin codes in India. An additional COD processing fee of ₹100 will be applied at checkout.

Q: What is your return policy? We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy from the date your order is delivered.
Q: What items are eligible for a return? To be eligible, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging (including the CK & SONS box).
